What is the 14-day withdrawal right?
Under EU law you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it for a full refund, without giving a reason. Items must be unused and in original condition.

How long does shipping take in the EU?
Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days within the EU. Express options may be available at checkout.
